1. About us

2. Products

We display our products as accurately as possible. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings. Please use the ASIWO size chart rather than your usual size. All items are subject to availability.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Payment is processed securely through Paystack, which accepts cards and Mobile Money. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

4. Orders & cancellations

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders leave us within 24 hours, so if you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within Ghana only. Within Accra we deliver to your door; outside Accra we deliver to your nearest bus station. Delivery is arranged personally — we’ll contact you after your order to confirm the delivery details and fee for your area. Studio collection is available by arrangement. We do not currently offer international delivery.

6. Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including designs, images, text, and branding — is the property of ASIWO and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
